Fernando Sor was a great Spanish guitarist and composer who lived from 1778-1839. He composed a variety of music for the guitar ranging from beginner to concert-level pieces. This waltz is one of my favorite pieces of his to play.

This is a lovey piece by Fernando Sor and is perfect for the late-beginner/early intermediate guitar player.
