Leyenda is the piece that made me want to learn classical guitar. Before I heard this piece I was playing a lot of electric guitar and had dreams of being the next Eddie Van Halen. When I heard a recording of John Williams playing this I thought….WOW I MUST LEARN THIS!! Anyways, I hope you enjoy learning this song.

THEME FROM LOVE STORY – Arrangement for Classical Guitar- Robert Lunn
This is a beautiful theme, composed by Francis Lai, for the movie Love Story. In the movie the theme appeared as an instrumental and then after the movie the theme was given words, by Carl Sigman, and was released in 1971 with Andy Williams singing under the title, “Where Do I Begin?”

AMAZING GRACE – Easy Arrangement – Full Sheet Music/Tab – Classical Guitar
Amazing Grace is one of my favorite melodies of all-time. The words were written in 1772 by John Newton. It was common back then for words to be used with a variety of different melodies and it wasn’t until around 1847 that we first find a publication joining the words with the melody commonly used today called, New Britain.
This arrangement in this guitar lesson comes from my first volume of easy arrangements. As the title implies, I tried to make this as easy as possible to play while still keeping the integrity of the original tune.

ESTUDIO IN E MINOR – Francisco Tarrega – with TAB – Classical Guitar
Francisco Tarrega is one of my favorite composers for the guitar. He was a Spanish composer who lived from 1852-1909. He composed many wonderful pieces for guitar from beginner level pieces although to pieces for the most skilled virtuosos.
